SHIPPING & RETURN
Unless otherwise stated in the product listing (and with the exception of custom orders), orders are dispatched within 2 business days after your payment has cleared, and you will receive an email notification. Shipments do not have tracking unless they are upgraded or otherwise stated. The approximate delivery time depends on the your delivery destination. Please note: Delivery to some countries and for some items includes tracking - this would be indicated at the time of checkout. Please let me know prior to purchasing if you would like to upgrade your shipping method (for faster delivery/tracking).).
Time frame for custom orders vary depending on the order request.
We ship via Canada Post, unless otherwise asked. We are able to offer shipping upgrades if the customer makes the request.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase(s), please let us know within 3 days of receiving the item. In such a case, the item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. This excludes custom orders.
Once we have received the returned item, a refund will be issued (minus the original shipping cost). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Due to the time and commitment involved, custom orders are non-refundable. However, photo proofs will be provided to you throughout the creation process of the custom order to ensure your satisfaction prior to shipping.
